JR Sirotta: Co-CEO, COO - Head Coach
JR has been involved in coaching and youth sports facilitation for most of his life. He was a multiple sport athlete, including 2 years of playing football for Millersville University. His coaching experience includes AAU, High School Varsity, as well as middle school travel programs and personal training. He has also served as an official in multiple sports. JR's coaching and life experiences help him bring a wealth of knowledge, instruction and organization to his training and coaching. His big heart and true love for people helps him connect well with athletes and helps athletes to develop a self-confidence in who God created them to be.
Deb Bearden: Co-CEO, CFO - Asst. Head Coach
Deb has been involved in sports for most of her life. She was a multiple sport athlete and has had multiple coaches who have left a positive lasting impact on her life. Her coaching experience includes High School JV and Varsity Softball as well as several years of elementary baseball and basketball. Her momma's heart brings a great desire for athlete's to realize their true worth and also discover the God-given gifts they have been given, so that they may excel in their adult life and future occupations.
Our Name - Heirborn
We are named HeirBorn, thanks to the grace of God and the opportunity to be eternally with him, through a rebirth of spirit and faith, in Christ Jesus. Our coaching and administrative staff, have a great passion to share the characteristics of inclusion the Lord has shown to his creation. Bluntly, every child deserves a fair chance to grow spiritually, mentally, and athletically, and we are choosing the game of basketball to provide that chance.
Our Style
Heirborn is a program that is centered on Jesus Christ, while utilizing our God given ability to play an amazing game. Our hope is in Jesus Christ, and we pray that he can use our gifts to develop a work ethic, a joy and a newfound confidence in the athletes that come through our programs.
